The Mothers' Association Nursing Home for the Elderly, in order to promote awareness of winter wellness practices among residents and their families, has invited two registered Chinese medicine practitioners from Macau to conduct a lecture on winter pain management and wellness through dietary therapy at the facility. The session will cover methods for alleviating pain and provide guidance on dietary therapy combinations.
