Heartwarming Surprises for Christmas - Silver Youth Music and Dance Extravaganza

13 December 2025 As the festive season approaches, the Mother's Association Nursing Home has meticulously organised the ‘Heartwarming Christmas Surprises’ celebration to create a rich and memorable holiday experience for residents while actively promoting community integration and intergenerational exchange. This ensures the warm festive spirit permeates not only the care home but extends throughout the community.
Series II: Silver and Youth Dance Extravaganza Mother's Association Council Member Gao Manna visited to celebrate Christmas with residents. Additionally, the home specially invited students from St. Joseph's Hostel, Kau O to perform talents. The programme featured Christmas carol singing, a crosstalk performance titled ‘Blowing Hot Air’, song-and-dance routines, and interactive games. Family members of residents were also invited to join the festivities and share a festive dinner within the home, fostering joyful family bonding. This event successfully infused youthful energy into the lives of the elderly, filling the home with a festive atmosphere of intergenerational harmony, with laughter resonating throughout every corner. The event was sponsored by the Social Welfare Bureau.
