Recently, the Day Care Service of Mothers' Union Ha Wan Integrated Services Centre for the Elderly organized a monthly outing to Pigeon's Nest Park, aiming at enriching the daily life of the elderly and letting them experience the beauty of nature.
On the day of the activity, the weather was pleasant and the elderly strolled along the shaded paths of the park. While enjoying the beautiful scenery of the park and the tranquility and beauty of nature, they shared their daily life and completed a short stretching exercise under the bright sunshine. This activity not only enabled the elderly to exercise their body, but also facilitated their opportunities for social interaction.
