To continuously enhance service quality and foster closer collaboration with families, the Mother's Association's Hoi Wan Integrated Elderly Services Centre successfully held its ‘Second Family Forum’. This forum aimed to disseminate feedback gathered from families regarding the centre's services during October and report on the improvement measures implemented by the centre. Through open and two-way communication, the forum facilitated mutual exchange and interaction, enabling families to understand the centre's service status while providing them with an opportunity to express opinions and share ideas.
