Visit by the Macau Fo Guang Association

On 11 April, officials from the Macau Fo Guang Association visited our centre to pay a visit to the elderly residents. In addition to presenting them with thoughtful gifts, they organised singing and light-hearted games, bringing laughter and companionship to the seniors.
On the day of the event, the volunteers began by livening up the atmosphere with a series of classic hits. The elderly residents clapped along to the rhythm and hummed along, filling the room with continuous applause. This was followed by a simple and entertaining game of ‘paper aeroplane toss’, with volunteers and residents teaming up to play. The interaction was lively, and laughter rang out throughout the room.
Towards the end of the event, the Association presented each resident with a small gift, ensuring that the cycle of love and kindness continues. Both the centre staff and the residents expressed their gratitude and look forward to the Fo Guang Association’s next visit to share more heart-warming moments together.
