First Family Meeting
29/04/2026
In order to continuously improve service quality and foster closer cooperation with families, the Nursing Care Service of the Mother’s Association Lower Wan Chai Integrated Elderly Services Centre organised the ‘First Family Forum of 2026’. The purpose of this forum was to present the feedback collected from families regarding the centre’s services in March and to report on the improvement measures implemented by the centre. Through open, two-way communication, the forum aimed to promote interaction, enable families to understand the current state of services, and allow them to express their views and ideas.
Following the presentation, family members offered positive feedback on the centre’s service performance, acknowledging the progress made and expressing gratitude to the team for their attentive care of the elderly residents. The centre’s manager responded by stating that they would thoroughly develop service enhancement plans, striving to translate family expectations into concrete service initiatives. Through face-to-face interaction, this forum effectively strengthened mutual understanding and trust between the centre and family members. The centre emphasised that, moving forward, it will continue to actively listen to family members’ views through diverse channels, including regular forums, family platforms, questionnaires and welcoming families to arrange meetings at their convenience. Improving service quality remains the core objective of its ongoing development.
